# Abitaro Sans — 0.115

A company typeface derived from the OFL-licensed Manrope project.

[Open the specimen](/). Try weights 200–800, alternate letterforms, fractions,
tabular figures, punctuation styles, and optional operator ligatures.
Feature switches affect the whole specimen. Weight and size adjust the tester.
Clear identifiers (`ss02`), simplified u (`cv06`), and compact t (`cv13`) start
enabled. The hero title uses weight 200. Reset restores these specimen defaults.

## Web use

Keep the stylesheet beside its fonts directory, then import abitaro-sans.css.
Use `font-family: "Abitaro Sans", sans-serif` and `font-weight: 400` for regular
text. The specimen's Your CSS panel provides the selected OpenType settings.
The browser handles shaping, kerning, line breaking and antialiasing.

Use `frac` on selected fractions, rather than documents containing dates or
paths. `ss09` enables twelve operator sequences. `cv12` and `cv13` select compact
f and t. Regular/compact f ligatures and the h/n shoulders have refined
continuous contours, removing internal overlap seams at the joins.
Tailed l (`cv05`) and a (`cv16`) have tighter kerning before following letters,
with accent-clearance exceptions. Word spaces and punctuation keep their spacing.
